I wasn't too happy with the beauty treatment I received. I paid for the service, but I won't be going back. I always feel like I'm bothering the staff. They don't seem to care if I'm there or not. I for sure didn't feel very welcome by the staff. I felt like I was in their way! One person to handle everything at this office! I couldn't believe how much time it took just to get through to the receptionist. Definitely understaffed! Getting a convenient appointment at this office was time consuming but they worked it out. I waited over 25 minutes just to have them take someone else ahead of me. It was clear that I was getting tired of waiting but I was totally ignored by the staff. I was told 'I was not clocked in from lunch' so I waited over 25 minutes for nothing. I plan to not bother them again. It was a bad day to begin with and their attitude simply made it worse. Between sickness and a heartless daughter this was just a wonderful experience to add to the mix.

Similar complaint as the other reviewer. Grew my hair out for months for a specific haircut and ended up WAY too short. I gave her a picture explained that I was growing my hair out for that and ended up at much much shorter. My hair looks terrible now. I would have asked for her to change it but I probably would have ended up bald.

I came in for a trim and she cut half my head off. I asked for facial framing and what i got was a complete hack job. I now look like a 12 year old who cut her own bangs. NOT HAPPY.
