Did the stylist spend extra time washing your hair?
The stylist quickly washed my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
Did this stylist ever take personal phone calls during your beauty treatment?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Are you going to visit this salon again?
Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. One stylist was on her phone the whole time and yelling at another stylist who was clearly busy with clients to answer the phone and clean things. It made me feel uncomfortable. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was trying to relax while I got my nails done but couldn't because a stylist right next to me was talking about a bunch of people and I heard too much drama for my liking. It makes me wonder if when I leave if she will talk about me too. My nails looked nice though and the stylist who worked on my nails was very nice and great...but the other stylist ruined my experience!
