I liked the feel of family owned salon and not the in and out of chain salon.
Also liked that I was paying for my hair service and not fancy unnecessary expensive equipment and furniture

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not at all, they rushed me out and left my hair wet!

No, I was on edge

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Conveniently located, very friendly, reasonably priced - four stylists to choose from. Diana always takes time to give me exactly what I am looking for even when I don't know how to explain it.
