They have been in the beauty business for a very long time. They have alot of special high quality hard to find products that no other stores around here have in stock. The staff is very friendly and informative. I have always had a pleasant shopping experience at C&P.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I asked the lady to show me hair in the color I was wearing, which I had purchased from them on previous occasions. The hair I was sold was not the color I needed. I do not like their no cash refund policy. I could have gone somewhere else and purchased this hair. Now I have got to wait until the end of the month and hope they have this color in again. I will find another store with the particular color and take my business there.
