The quality of the services depends to an extent on the stylist, but for the most part I've had good experiences here. I would go to a more upscale salon for unusual or edgy styles and coloring, as well as for specialty services such as Keratin treatments (I was disappointed by the results of my Keratin treatment here a couple of years ago), but it's convenient and good value for money if you're just looking for a trim or a conventional cut/style.
