On May 6, 2016 I got a hair cut from Mindy at Cost Cutters in the Barlow Plaza. I instructed to Mindy to have my hair cut with layers. I noticed just after the first cut the first layer was extremely short and she never honored my opinion of how short I wanted my hair. At that moment, I knew in my heart that something was not right. Mindy anticipated my reaction and explained everything was going to be “OK” and the layers would blend together. My hair was so choppy and I actually had to pay $400 to have extensions added because Mindy screwed up so bad. My hairstylist who fixed my hair said the layers do not flow and the first short layer was very detached from the bottom layer. This $13 haircut left me with a HUGE financial burden 6 weeks before my wedding!! DO NOT GO HERE ! Mindy (the manager even) is HORRIBLE !!!! She will mess your hair up and won't even feel bad about it. She never even have me an apology.
