Upon arrival, there was an obvious perception that the Hair Central (Brownsburg) staff were annoyed with the clients getting their haircut, particularily the young children including a child with special needs. The staff used excessive, inappropriate language and a threatening tone of voice toward them. It was so excessive that I left with my children whom were waiting to receive a haircut. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill, understanding of children, and ability to redirect children's attention in positive, supportive, and engaging way. I will not return to Hair Central nor will I ever refer any of my family and friends to go there.
