Shevonne is amazing. Truly. I came in with a mess given to me by another stylist and she fixed it! She's smart and fun and absolutely brilliant at her craft!

Cutters Alley definitely cares about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Cutters Alley would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed. My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. Cutters Alley always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
