I went in for the first time to get my haircut. I told the stylist I wanted my hair cut a little below my chin and enough to put my hair up in a ponytail. I've always had shoulder length hair and wanted it a little bit shorter. Well She cut it REALLY REALLY SHORT! it's way above my chin and NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AT ALL! How about you listen to the customer and not just do what you think would look right on them. I'm so disappointed. Luckily, it is just hair will grow back but still I have to live with this horrible short haircut. I will not be back to this salon! I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
