I noticed that two of the three reviews were from the same person...Jennifer, and it sounded like she was receiving counseling of some sort, as opposed to having her hair done. They do not do manicures or pedicures, and almost every time I had an appointment there was only that one person there, and it was dark and ice cold in the building. I will not name the hairdresser I saw so as to not cost her customers. My first visit was fairly good, which was for a trim, and she did a fair job. The second time she did not put on a cape before washing my hair to cut it so I got soaked, top to bottom. The haircut was the worse i have ever had, even though I reminded her the goal was to just trim, she butchered the top of my hair. Nothing blended and I could not have it repaired by another hairdresser because she had cut it so short. I wanted to become a forever client here as the shop is close to my home, but color is $75.00 + $10.00 if you get a cut, and the end result is not even passable, much less worth that charge. Most all of the other shops in Powell charge $45.00 for color, so LeCoop's hairdressing expertise should be extra-ordinary. Sadly, it is not even average.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I barely had to wait at all for my beauty treatment. I probably spent less than a couple of seconds in their waiting area. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love getting my hair washed at this salon. My stylist even massages my scalp during the wash, It feels amazing!

They had quite a few interesting magazines. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
