I think Michele from NY hair and Nails was great for permanent makeup. Her attention to detail was flawless! Her technique was just as good. I did have my nails done there and I wasn't such as huge fan of whoever did those but Michele was perfect, and I recommend her to anyone. Janeen.

Michelle is the owner and she is WONDERFUL! I have always had a problem with people cutting my hair and I have always had to redo it once I left the salon but when I leave NY Hair & Nails I have NEVER had to redo my hair. I take pictures when I go and Michelle has always been very helpful in helping me make my choice and the cut always looks exactly as I expect it to! I am always extremely satisifed when I leave there.
