This place is average...the customer service is not personal at all and I ended up leaving really frustrated and confused because they weren't able to answer any of my questions or give me what I wanted after showing a clear picture of what I wanted. I don't think they knew what they were doing. They charged me so much for a trial of a hairdo that I wanted. I cannot believe how ridiculous their prices are. After becoming a regular client, spending money in there regularly, the salon took advantage of how much they charge for what little I got.
