I had been getting my hair cut there every 6 weeks and loved the girl Tina,, plus I bought product all the time. I got in a car accident and was in extreme pain. My daughter bought me a gift certificate for a massage for my birthday that I couldn't use immediately because I was in physical therapy. I spoke to the manager about it because it was going to expire. He extended it 6 months. When I went to use it (mind you I was still getting my haircut there regularly) they said the couldn't honor it. The date had been changed and the manager signed it but that didn't matter because he didn't work there any more! Needless to say I stopped going. They lost a great customer
