They use poor quality product. They re-sell items like Bath and Body Lotion in $5 litte baskets. I got my nails done on Thursdsay 3/3/2011 after 5PM. They looked fine. I got home and one of my nails keep snagging my clothes on the side. I woke up and was dressing my daughter, that same nail broke. By 12PM 2 other nails had chiopped at the top. The technician had drilled my acrylic too thin for them to not chip at the slightest move. I went to get them fixed and I asked to speak with the manager. I showed her how the acrylic was filed too thin and also showed her where another nail was so thin that it coud break at anytime. She said we dont fix for free and that I needed to pay $2 per nail. I did not break my nails. This was a refill done incorrectly by a technician that did not speak any english. She made no apologies and tiold me I should have said something before I left and that I was responsisble for how her employee did my nails. I thought she was the professional and I was the client. I am reporting the to the better business bureau. I had 2 chipped and 1 broken nail in less than 24hrs. I also question if the girl who did mynails has a license, also they do not sterilize there tools. I also see they reuse emory boards over and over again. The staff didn't go out of their way to help me. They weren't rude, but they definitely weren't friendly either. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I am the wrong customer to screw over. Do not waste your money they do not appreciate their customers at all!!!
