I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
