I went in to have highlights done and was a little disappointed, I had dark spots in the back and the color didn't go to the root as close as id have liked. After a follow up call, i expressed my concern and they were quick to get me back in. However the next time it was worse, when I said id like more of a blonde highlight, my whole head of hair was blonde. Again I went back in and my hair wasn't healthy enough to go back to my brunette color. Hours were spent on treatments to try and get it healthy enough to recolor. She tried to diffuse my hairline until I could come back for more treatments to get my hair healthier. After a week of emails, I am still waiting to get back in and have given up on her " getting back" to me...2 months of disappointment with my hair. I am finally going to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Love the environment, sad to not be going back, but I spent a lot of money and not happy with results.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
