I recently visited this salon with the hopes of receiving great service because I had visited the salon when I was younger. Though the customer service is good the hair service is lacking. Although I can't speak for the service of other stylist I can say my experience definitely did not meet my expectations. I left unhappy with the service and ultimately the very next day was in search of new salon to do my hair. It was a complete waste of time and money. Also, when booking your appointment be prepared to come in and wait an extra 30min to an hr because apparently appointments are booked at the same time for everyone. (translation: they rather book their clients to come in at the same time and have each one wait versus spacing out the appointments so that you're not in the waiting area or under the drying for long periods of time.) Needless to say I will not ever be returning here. I could have done my hair better than what was done for free. It makes me wonder if some of these women are licensed cosmetologist or not.

So far service is done quickly. However the shop need work done. The ceiling has lots of wet spots. Very trashy looking...not neat at all. The stylist I have I am giving her one more chance...hopefully she will get better at doing my hair. Other stylist are not to friendly..no one smiles at you or hardly pay attention to you. Right now it is conviently located for me and I am really hoping for better hair outcome.
