The salon is very clean, people are friendly and I loved the highlights that were put in my hair.. I get compliments all the time.. Further my hair is long and thick and I didn't feel rushed nor was I made to feel that the questions I was asking were out of place. I was made to feel welcome, the beautician took her time explaining the procedure and she was adament she found out exactly the look I wanted. I asked her to help me along and let me know if what I asked for wouldn't look right on me, she was honest, with lots of knowledge and I'm making Alex's Salon the place I go to for all my hair needs. I highly recommend Alex's.
