I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing that made me love them even more, was how easy they were to find. I always worry that I’m going to get lost when I try to find new places, but I didn’t. My stylist didn't spend a whole lot of time washing my hair. It seemed pretty quick compared to other places I have been. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
