The staff wasn't respectful or professional at all. They only wanted to talk to each other, and made no effort to help me. I didn’t have any difficulty finding the place. I was able to make an appointment with them, a few times over the course of two weeks - no excuse to wait a hour when appointments were made. Lets face it- its not a high end establishment, its located in a strip mall, nonetheless, no excuse for ignoring appointments - repeatedly.. I did have have to wait even after making a appointment. The staff didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want- they were to busy talking amongst them selves to notice me. I for sure didn't feel very welcome by the staff. I felt ignored and like I was in their way! Never again for me.

Tried to call to make an Appt at 11am on a Friday. Got a voicemail saying voicemail is full please hang up! How can you run a business like that???
