The day after the pedicure the cuticle area surrounding my large toe became painfully inflammed and red, clearly infected. I called Glace Nail Salon to have them tell me that they are clean and that I must have hit my toe so there will be no refund.

In addition to my toe infection, my friend had a bad french manicure experience there at the same time as my pedicure. Her nail tech asked if is was okay mid-manicure and my friend told her that she thought the white polish seemed watered down. The woman yelled to her that it looks fine, that she's a professional who knows what she's doing and refused to finish the manicure.

It's extremely overpriced as well, I've never paid over $50 for a mani/pedi, especially with such poor service and cleanliness!
