I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Melanie worked on my hair, she did nt listen to me at all, I asked for no gold base color, my hair is gold with chunky highlights! My angles arent even either, I wish I argued with the manager to get my money back. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
