Made appointment took the day off (sat for 40 minutes) to hear sorry your appointment is next week! I called a week prior to make this appointment I'm not up set..... Disappointed.... It's sad to see costumer service has gone down hill and GLENN ROYCE SALON doesn't care about there costumer's....... FYI to who ever reads this call to make sure you have appointment before you turn up as this could be you :(
