I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
