WONDERFUL experience! Had a pedicure and was very pleased. The only thing I didn't care for was they offered my coffee or water and I took water, and the water was in a glass. Wouldn't be so bad but the glass was NASTY! The rim had lip prints all around the top of the rim. Was really disgusted by it. I could NOT drink it! Please get bottled water! Its not that expensive and you will have happier patrons.Other than that very nice and talkative, helpful.

I spend half of the year in Wisconsin and half in Washington state. While in West Bend recently, I returned to Jaci and sons Salon for a perm. I was the only customer there and I am so disappointed that I went. My hair was so overprocessed by Crystal that I am mortified at how damaged my hair is. Jaci was there to consult with her and seemed to be supervising from afar but frankly my hair is ruined. No real curl JUST A FULL HEAD OF FRIZZ.
No stars in my opinion but it would not accept this review without one.

Jacci has been my hair stylist since 1999. I have extremely short hair and although most people think this is an easier than having long hair, it is much harder to cover up a bad short hair cut then with long hair. I have never received a bad cut or color with Jacci. She is experienced, updated on the latest styles and is a wonderful person to sit and chat with. She has a vast assortment of products to offer which I appreciate. Her prices are very, very competitive considering the quality and service she provides.
