They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
