CB's Class Act Hair Design

I have been a client at CB's Class Act Hair. Design (CB's) since 1989. I have gone from sister curl to wrap, long, short, and all in between. I cannot imagine any other stylist working in my hair. Carl Watkins has been my stylist since 1989 and he is an exceptional stylist.

He gets to know his clients and he has an understanding of what will be in their best interest. He is very knowledgeable of all types of hair and how to keep his clients' hair healthy. He has mastered his profession and is capable of working on all types of hair. He is concerned about his clients, we are like a family.

I have confidence in his ability and trust him unconditionally. I have recommended him to countless others over the years and I have personally brought family members to the salon. The facility is stylish and clean. The staff is professional and courteous. I would never hesitate to send others to the salon for I know they will be greatly satisfied when they leave.

Thank you Carl Watkins and the CB's staff for 25 years of outstanding service and friendship.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was so impressed with my appointment. All my questions were answered, and I felt a lot more confident after I left. Their office was nice and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
