This salon is great sometimes and lousy others. I have had at least 3 appointments canceled by the staff; sometimes just a day or two before the scheduled appointment. Other times I have been made to wait 30 to 45 minutes because the stylist is running behind. The wait area is too small and extremely uncomfortable; especially when you are made to wait unreasonable amounts of time for your scheduled appointment. Receptionists are not the friendliest. One in particular, seems to not like her job or the patrons.
In conclusion, if you don't mind standing on top of others to wait, don't mind waiting around for an extra 30-45 minutes, and don't mind rescheduling appointments at the last minute then this salon is capable of doing good work.
