Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

My stylist answered all my questions. She was helpful in choosing a style and gave me an excellent cut! I also had foil highlights and she treated my hair with a conditioner for a lovely shine. Their staff is very friendly. I love the cut and coloring! Although the stylists are still students, they're knowledgeable and the process is done in consult with a teacher. The office was easy enough to find. I've been depending on Lacy's for 6 years and will continue to to trust them with my hair. They have my higest recommendation!
