UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

My husband bought me a giftcard for a massage here for my birthday. I'm working full time and in grad school (very stressed out!!) Somehow in the shuffle of cleaning the house for my party, we lost the dang gift card. I was about to dig through the trash until my hubby said, "Don't worry. I have the receipt." He then called and they said it was going to be okay and to bring in the receipt. This was Monday. The trash comes on Wednesday. On Thursday (today), we got a call saying that we were screwed and we would not be getting a replacement giftcard or anything of the sort. I have scoliosis and this was something I've been doing for a while as therapy. I cannot express my disdain and disappointment. The staff was rude, there aren't any "managers," and Chris(tina) would not even talk on the phone to us. We absolutely will NOT be returning, to say the least, and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE about my horrible experience.

I've had very good luck with Christina & Co., and I propose if Schmidtie has an issue with their services, she should consider going elsewhere.

While she's there, she could get a real problem, save time calculating gas costs, avoiding what she claims may cost $250. Your calloused heels can be shaved off with a razor in 3 minutes or less, and won't cost $250.

Do us all a favor; stay home, save money, and paint your own toenails. Shave your head, too. Maybe that will foster increased brain activity, which you seem to be lacking...

I received a HORRIBLE pedicure. The $50 that I spent was a COMPLETE waste of money! The technician did a half a** job and did not remove dead skin from my heels. My heels were as rough when I left, as they were when I arrived. In addition within 24 hours of the pedicure the polish began to chip off. When I called to complain, I was told that they would fit me in and resolve all issues (basically redo the pedicure). When I arrived, the technician told me that she would not redo the pedicure or attempt to remove any rough skin from my heels. She said, "I tried my best" and that it would take at least 4-5 more pedicures before all of the rough/dead skin would be romoved. Which means that it would cost $200-$250 to receive a decent pedicure at Christina and Co. It would only cost $25 at most other salons. The only resolution that was provided was the repainting 2 toe nails. I drove 20 miles round trip with gas at $3.73/gallon to get 2 toe nails repainted! I personally own the polish color that was used, so it was a complete waste of my time and gas to make a second trip to the salon when I could have stayed at home and painted the 2 toe nails myself. I spoke with the owner of the salon to voice my concern. She sided with her technician and said that it was not their problem and that they were NOT going to do anything to resolve the situation. "They did what they could", were her exact words. No compensation was offered. The old saying "the customer is always right" does not apply at this salon. They do not care if your happy with your service, they just want your money!
