Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

They were decent, but not very affordable

No. I specifically told my stylist how I like my hair, but she/he did it her/his own way.
Did the staff at this salon leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!

They made sure every single question and concerns had was answered, Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so happy with the color and style my consultant, Melissa and I decided on,and with they reasonable pricing I will be visiting them again. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident with my new look.. I found the salon, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate and better advertised I would have started going alot sooner
