Owner was not sympathic for the error made in this salon!! Went through double to process because employee made an error on the inital process. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I want full refund for the poor service done to my hair! Not only does my hair look bad but also had to buy various ointments in order for the wounds on my scalp to heal.
