I dont know how the other stylists operate but the one I had was awful, she kept pushing for my to dye my hair this god awful color, I told her I dont look good in that color and she told me my current color wasnt flattering at all, Funny I have visited other salons and they even agreed she picked this color in hopes I would come more often. Your hair appt should be relaxing, you shouldnt be made to feel like you are being put down.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. If a product does not work with your hair they will do their best to find one that will. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.The best thing about them is they ask you what you want, and actually listen. It is nice to know you will not come out looking like everyone else. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
