The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They offered me a drink the minute I walked through the door, and I sat on the comfy leather couch, sipping my drink as I flipped through magazines waiting for my appointment. They did (and always do) such a fantastic job on my hair. They talk to me like we've always been old friends. Yes, they are a little more pricey than say, Costcutters, but it's well worth it. I'm not usually one to pay more for something I can get elsewhere for cheaper, but for this it's well worth the extra few dollars.
