Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

They were not familiar with the type of wavy hair I purchased and instead of saying so, they continued to braid. They didn't secure the ends properly and as a result, I lost about 3/4 of the braids the first time I washed them. When I returned to the salon for assistance, they denied any wrongdoing and said I should have waited before washing my hair! When I requested a refund, they declined at first, but then only offered $50.00 when I paid $180.00 for the services and spent an additional $93 on the hair I purchased. Not to mention, they originally quoted a price of $180.00, but after they started braiding, they raised the price. After disputing the price, they finally accepted the $180.00, but if I'd known it was only going to last me 6 days instead of 2 months, I would have left and gone elsewhere where they don't try the old bait and switch. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. As a matter of fact, I am pursuing civil litigation and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I was told my style would cos t $50 after globbing my hair with gel I was told I have to charge you seventy this was a ripp of and tackyf.the work looks unprofessional I can do it better.Comb twist is what I wanted,Very messy work. The women ego was bigger than the talent used on my hair. I will never go there again.They didnt dry my hair I was pulled from under the dryer with globby wet gel hair it was a horrible experience. I should have been paid by them to endure this ,however my money will only be given to those rude ungreatful people once.Unless you can be as rude as they are DONT GO.
