I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I didn’t have any difficulty finding the place. I found it within a few minutes. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They did not style my hair the way I asked. When I left I felt like I looked like an overgrown poodle. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.
