I got an appointment quickly. I got there and the stylist forgot she had an appointment so I had to wait a half an hour. I have done more complicated coloring to my own hair and had it come out a million times better than Gretchen at this salon did. I left before I even got the cut because my hair was bright orange, for $250 AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET A CUT. not even foils just two different shades of hair dye that weren't even the colors I wanted. Cool colors would have balanced out any red but no she HAD to use neutrals. There was no way I was letting this woman near my head with scissors. I walked out with wet orange hair. I was charged a rate for corrective color and left the place with hair that is the definition of needing corrective color, then she had the nerve to book me another appointment two days later to fix it and PAY MORE. She didn't understand why my roots were coloring different then the rest of my hair...Um I went to http://google.com school of hair design aka DIDNT GO TO BEAUTY SCHOOL and even I know natural hair dyes faster than colored hair, cmon it's on the fricken directions on a box of drug store dye to do the roots last! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A SALON. On top of everything she ruined my clothes, let chunks of hair with color on it lay on my face and get on my eyes and in my mouth. Not to mention she sat next to me with a people magazine saying how horrible all these people are and all people in there 20's are (my age range). It was completely unbelievable, if you go in there and see your stylist is about 60 with bad hair RUN. If there was an option for NO stars I would choose it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had great prices. I couldn't believe how convenient their parking was here. I found a spot right away. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.
