It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly. April did my hair. She paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. She has been trying to help me grow my hair out. At this point of the growing out process, I was extremely frustrated, so she suggested we hightlight my hair in the meantime. She explained all the risks and benefits. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing to highlight instead of cut, which would have defeated my long-term goal. I was very satisfied with my visit. April was very helpful and I left feeling encouraged. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
