This review is not for the salon itself but for a specific hairdresser which I would like as many people to know about as possible. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout, and made the appointment. Two days before, she called to delay the time of the appointment from 1 to 2. Then the day before she called to move it from 2 to 3:15. Then an hour before she called to change it to 4. Finally, on the third time, I expressed my aggravation because the time changes really messed up my day, and I spent all Saturday waiting around for this appointment. I did not start yelling or going crazy, I think my annoyance was justified for the unprofessionalism she was displaying. Nevertheless SHE acted all snipity and pretty much hung up on me. Then, 10 mins later, she had someone from the salon call to tell me she was cancelling the appointment because of our conversation. I just couldn't believe how unprofessional she acted. I am a pretty unconfrontational person, and the whole thing had me so upset. So not only did I waste my day waiting for her, but I've wasted all this time being upset about it too. Do not go to Karen, she will most likely not follow through with the appointment!
