I will absolutely return. I am a long time customer and have always found them to be excellent. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my hair and nail plans. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The shop is very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all the first time (and it has not moved.)

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. The shop is in a shopping center, well lighted and active with people. They always work extra hard to fit me into their schedule at a time that works for me. It was definitely one of the best salons I've ever been to. They had fantastic customer service and were very skilled. I've already recommended this place to my friends.

My stylist always spends extra time washing my hair. I wish I could get my hair washed here everyday. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
