We're terribly sorry, but dawn ,who wrote the nasty review, was a former employee who left after borrowing money and never returned. We can assure you all our shampooers are excellent. The prices are low, and we've yet to have a complaint about our employees since 2011. Pay her no attention, she only wants to harm those that helped her.

tHEY RUINED MY HAIR, THAT SAYS IT ALL. THE WOMAN WHO WASHES HAIR LITERALLY HELD MY HAIRIN A TOP KNOT AND RIPPED THROUGH IT WITH A COMB. THE CUT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY HAVE CHANGED OVER THE YEARS, MOST OF THE CUTTERS HAVE LEFT, I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. ANY REVIEW YOU READ TO THE CONTRARY IS EITHER OUTDATED OR WRITTEN BY ONE OF THEIR WORKERS.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The hair cutters are so tacky and dress with their boobs hanging out. Not something i like my young children to be part of.
