They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. With that being said In a nutshell, I asked for one persons time and was sent to another. She told me she was using one product on my hair, then came back and admitted to another. I asked my intial desired stylist why this was done when I specifically asked for another...she said because it cost more!
