I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
I had Carly, and I have gone to this salon for Years, and Carly had a bad attitude, was rude to my daughter, didn't talk to her and make her feel comfortable, she actually made my daughter scared to ask questions because of the remarks she would come back with. Be careful to not make an appt with her, Carly cause she is very unpleasant and I will not be going back there again, and cause my stylist is gone too, but I thought we would give someone else a try and NO way will I come back to Carly!!! Carly you work on tips, so I suggest you treat your clients a little better........
