Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've already started recommending this place to all my friends and family. My stylist made an extra effort to make sure I wasn't sprayed with water. I was extremely impressed.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time
