My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. I so appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want while I was there. I was able to just relax and enjoy my beauty treatment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
