This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

The salon is adequate; they rush through the appointment; my biggest complaint is that they don't offer you a salon flip-flop after you have your pedicure, so you're walking across a dirty floor/carpet; on the positive side, Mimi's staff uses a product on the base of your manicure that makes your manicure last 5-7 days without chipping.
