Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left very happy with my haircut. The office was very easy to locate inside the mall. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will definitely go back to see Ashley, she did a great job.

I took my 3 year old son in to get a hair cut. He had beautiful locks, and I realized it was time for him to get the boy cut. However, I've been very upset ever since we went to Regis. The hairdresser was very friendly, however I'm not sure she had any clue what she was doing. I asked that the side of my son's hair be cut short and the top be left longer so that we could spike it and what not. She shaved the sides of his hair and then cut the top of his hair even shorter than the sides!!! His hair is not even completely around and there were even hairs sticking out the were the length of his original hair. I'm so upset with what happened. My son came in with more than enough hair to work with and left with a mess on his head. I'm waiting a few weeks so it grows out enough to take him to a place much more professional.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.Front desk lady was very very rude i guess they dont share tips with the front dest ,frowny face with no smile they are acting as if they are doing us come favor .I went there 15 minutes early the front dest lady said i was way to early when i went shoping for like 20 minute after that she canceled my whole appointment i was shocked to know that after then she said with no mercy only 4 pm appt my appooint was at 11 30 am she wants me to wait for like almost like 5 hours then i asked the front dest if i come like 10 minutes late after 4 will you cancel my appoint she said yes what is this a hitler salon on something i would never in my life going to such salon where they dont treat human like human we are not robo .This salon is only concern about there own problems but not concern at all with customer .they suuuuksss i had to tear my hearts out when that happy i was sososo dissapointed over all suuuuukkkkksssss esp front desk booo yoooo how ever is the person with no makeup no professsionalism from head to toe -1000000000000000000000 zillion rating for this salon
