My son just got his haircut and shampoo. $32.00 without the tip. Way too expensive for what was done. We will be looking elsewhere for more competitive price. We have both been regular customers for 5years.. this was the 1st time it cost anywhere near that much!

I've been using this salon for over twenty years. Until last week I had never had a big enough problem with my very expensive haircut that I felt I needed to go back and get it quickly fixed so I would feel better about the obscene amount of money that I spend there on color, highlights, cuts, blow dries, gloss, and products. But there is a first for everything. Last week by the time my haircut was finished (3.5 hours) someone was waiting for my stylist. I knew I wasn't 100% on the cut but I had always been told to come back if I got home and wasnt happy. So I got out of the way and took myself and my new mullet home to see if I would like it more after I tried to fix it myself. No luck. In fact, no one liked it. So I called and got back in within five days. This should have taken 15 minutes. I had a doctor appt directly after mind you and I went in with freshly washed hair to save my stylist time.

Well.... After she wets it and cuts it, she informs me that the manager, Linda, said that she wouldn't charge me for the cut but to blow it dry before my appt would be 32.99! To top it off? I wasn't even allowed to use a blow dryer myself for 5 minutes to make myself presentable for my appointment. Unbelievable. How soon we are to forget our loyal customers and the massive amounts of money they consistently bring in. So thanks JC Penney for making me drive back home to dry my hair and making me late to the doctor all because I wasn't happy with my new $200 mullet from 5 days previous. I'll go back when management changes and not one day sooner.
