I've been going here a long time, and it doesn't feel like they appreciate my loyalty at all. They never go out of their way to help me, and treat me like I'm just a number instead of a person. During my beauty treatment, they decided to take a personal phone call and chat away while I waited around for them to finish. It was so rude and it made my beauty treatment take twice as long. My stylist didn't make an effort to keep hair off of me. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
