I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had the best parking situation I've ever seen at any salon. I found a spot right away, and it was right next to the entrance. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
